Introduction to Shamanism Workshop - The Immersion ~ A Sacred and Personal Journey Into The Spirit World ~ With Shamanic Practitioner - Tammy Barton
Within the Immersion we will be:
* Honoring, Learning and Connecting With the Four Directions and Elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water.
* Creating A Mesa and Journeying To Connect with each Element, your Spiritual Guides, Ancestors and Power Animals
In the immersion we will be looking at and exploring the four directions and elements through the Shamanic lens and in connecting with each aspect through journey work, cross cultural meanings, symbolism of each direction and element along with creating a sacred ceremony.
Plus, you will be creating your own mesa/altar with sacred objects of your choosing honoring the four directions and four elements of earth, air, fire and water.
Tammy will lead you through sacred ancient practices of preparing and creating your Mesa with corn meal, tobacco, kintu leaves, sacred elemental objects, journey work and more. When you create your Mesa ~ you are creating a representation of yourself to help heal, guide and honor your heart, soul and spirit.

Tammy has been studying and practicing Polynesian, Peruvian and Mayan Shamanism for many years and has visited and lead group travel experiences to many sacred sites in Peru, Hawaii, Belize and Mexico.
